What are your hours?
Orders are excepted 24/7 online. Orders will be processed on the next business day. Customer Service is available 7:00am – 3:30 pm PST Monday thru Friday (Closed Major Holidays) You can email us by either clicking on the "contact us" tab or email direct to: firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
When do I receive my order?
Once your order is processed, your order will ship within 24 hours. Shipping times vary depending on your selection and available modes of transportation.

I can’t find an item on your site. What do I do?
Please email us with the product you are requesting: email@example.com. We will assist you to the best of our ability in locating the product that suits your needs.
Do you ship internationally?

Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Must be pre-approved. (Schools, State, Government agencies and Military are the most common accepted). Contact us here and we will call you to discuss further details.
I would like to cancel/change my order. How does this work?
Yes, we do accept cancellations and/or exchanges on orders. This can be done within 15 days from the date of purchase. Pre-Approval and a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#) must accompany the exchange. If the order has been sent, you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% plus the cost of shipping. If the order hasn’t been shipped, but we have pulled the product, a restocking fee of 10% will be charged. To process a return or exchange, please contact us.
I received the item and it is defective. What do I do?
Please email us with the description of defective product. We will provide further instructions depending on the issue.
I received an item and it was damaged during shipping. What do I do?
You must notify delivery company immediately of damage to expedite your claim. If you do not not notify the shipper of damage, your claim may be denied. Please keep all packaging materials and packing slips, We may ask for photographs to be emailed to document the damage.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! For all qualifying orders, we proudly provide FREE shipping. To qualify for free shiiping, orders must be shipped within the 48 continental States and exceed $100. Additionally, we may offer free shipping on our promotional products so it is a good idea to check our sales offers regularly.
